SOLOBAK
An opportunity has arisen to support three adults in their own home for 37 hours per week.
Applicants must be flexible and able to work weekday (including evenings), alternative weekend, sleep nights and as required waking nights (sickness and AL cover only). Each adult requires their own support with health or social care tasks.
Our clients enjoy spending time with their friends and family, looking after their purpose-built house, being active and listening to music or watching TV. They need the support of individuals, who pride themselves on high standards of support, to live their life and to do the things they love. It is important that they spend time with people who understand their ways in which they view the world and communicate and ways in which everyday life can worry and cause them anxiety. The right individuals will have a natural caring nature and be able to provide sensitive understanding of their needs.
They all enjoy a varied life, so flexibility is essential. Most importantly they want to enjoy a life that is as full of the 'ordinary' as possible and want people in their life who both appreciate this and can work with this in their day-to-day support for them. Good communication with them and their family is also very important.
