From the start of my involvement with Solo Support Services Ltd my personal experience has been very positive. The company has been professional and most supportive. Emma is my Clients Relations Manager. From the initial meeting with Emma she quickly made me feel at ease. Emma's professionalism has been exemplary with a very kind and caring nature. Emma has been brilliant in all areas, communication, support, professional advice, comprehensively accommodating all my questions and clearly explaining in a supportive manner step by step the processes we have been through. As we move forward I feel assured that Emma will guide me through all the steps with a attentive, reassuring, and caring approach. I speak from many years of experience throughout the mental health and social care system. I must say professionals like Emma are few and far between.
