Good News Story - LWC

LWC has been with Solo since 2017 and has been diagnosed with Degenerative back condition Primary Billary Cirrhosis of the liver Auto Immune Disease and a Cyst on his Spinal cord. This can limit LWC on what activities he can do and he relies on this team to support him with day to day activities, going out in the community and household support. We met to complete a 3 month review and LWC loves the fact that he gets to choose where this will be - he picked a lovely Marina close to his home. LWC and his team were happy with Solo and everything that Solo are about. LWC feels he has choice and control with his care and even attends the training!
