This week is carers week! 🤝

Carers week takes place each year in June and is a UK-wide awareness campaign designed to increase the visibility for carers. 

The theme for 2024 is 'Putting Carers on the Map' which aims to highlight the many challenges carers face and to champion their much needed recognition. 

Whilst we know that caring can be rewarding, findings show that approximately 82% of carers report the impact of caring will be a challenge on their health in the next year (Carers UK, 2024).
