For her professional skills and conduct in taking over a difficult package of care and working hard on actions and collaboratively with the client’s representative and team leader to gain information and ensure package compliance.

Her recent work within her Lead Area the Care Certificate including a group session to review and trial Your Hippo for this accreditation

A full review of the induction process for her lead area ‘Consent to Care’ and presentation to our newest CRMs.

Hard work including lots of difficult conversations on a new package TUPE process
