Race Equality Week is an annual UK-wide movement uniting thousands of organisations and individuals to address the barriers to race equality in the workplace. The movement was founded by Race Equality Matters, a not-for-profit company formed by Green Park and The Collaboratory in conjunction with a cohort of minority-owned organisations as a response to the global Black Lives Matter movement.
Its aim is to turn declarations of commitment and support from organisations and individuals into meaningful change in racial equality both in the workforce & in society.
This year’s theme is #ActionNotJustWords.
Race equality can only be achieved when we all commit to being a positive force for change. To find out more, please follow this link.
