We hope that putting a face to the name behind a call or e-mail helps to make our service more personal. But what about the other responsibilities that our team have? Here at Solo HQ, numerous employees have other responsibilities besides their day to day job role, we have designated Leads in different areas of Health and Social Care, such as Health and Safety, Mental Capacity, Equality and Diversity and Dignity to name a few.
