Solo Support Services support the National Dignity Council Dancing for Dignity and we invite our colleagues and clients to get involved.
Dancing has been a form of communication for millennia, from evidence depicted in caves dating back to antiquity, to celebratory dance festivals and mixed arts movements. Dance via interpretation, vibration, rhythm and beat support ways of communication. Dance illuminates current and historical culture, sharing heritage and adds to narrative storytelling Dance facilitates participatory inclusion, interaction and supports learning. Dance is well known to support health and mental wellbeing.
