April & May Stars of the Month 2023

Congratulations to our Stars for April and May

⭐️ Beata Babinska and Emma McFeely ⭐️

Beata was nominated for her positive, can do attitude and for her support to the admin, development and business departments over the last few weeks.

Emma was nominated for her support to a client and their wider circle of support following a difficult period, her work with two section 117 clients, where a lot of careful management, including involvement with professionals, has been needed to keep the clients safe and at home during difficult stages of their mental health journey, and finally for her support to her colleagues.

⭐️ Michelle Khafat (ABM) and Laura Kershaw (SLN) ⭐️

Michelle was nominated for supporting our client and the client’s mum though a difficult time, working extra shifts and helping with new starters. The client's mum said ’she doesn’t know how she’d have managed without her.’

Laura was nominated for her dedication and support to our client and the wider team and her pro-activity in improving the home environment and workspace for the client and the team.
